3 cups self raising flour
1 cup cornmeal/polenta
2 cups water
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup honey
hot dog/Frankfort's
chopsticks

A tip for battering the frankfurts is to pour some of he bater into a tall glass and then dipping it that way just to mae it easier.
