I never heard that tip about flipping the corn dog within the first few seconds. Whenever I try to make it I have the issue where the batter spreads! Tastes good but doesn’t look as good as others. I’ll definitely try it out next time! Thank you for the tip. 🙏☺️

Yes. Typically, Korean corn dogs have a half meat and half cheese filling, but there’s nothing wrong with switching things up from time to time. If she chooses to just use cheese, so be it. Also, the name “corn dog” comes from the fact that it’s usually made with a batter consisting of corn flour/cornstarch/cornmeal and/or is a cornbread-like covering. However, this isn’t necessary to pull off the general concept of the dish. Just a simple breading over a skewered filling is fine.

I saw a lot of comments of ppl being genuinely confused about this recipe, so I thought maybe I can help a bit lol.✨
1. This is a Korean Corndog Recipe. So it’s not gonna be the same usual corndogs Americans are used to, pls don’t try to correct her on it when she is actually right to call it what it is.
2. There are different things you can put in the corndogs in Korea, which is why she said “A Korean corndog recipe”, and not “The Korean Corndog recipe.” You can add a hotdog, cheese, tofu, sausage, fish cake, etc. The cool thing about it is that you have lots of options lol.
3. Yes, sugar in on the corndog cause that’s how Koreans usually make it and eat it, and if you don’t want to try it that’s okay lol. Just pls don’t be rude to others about it just because they like it and/or tried it.

So I'm allergic to dairy...so I changed it up a bit and surprisingly it came out sooo good!!
Followed the recipe but I put water instead of milk, and a hotdog inside! Though it would mess up but came out sooo good
