DELICIOUS Creamy Loaded Potato Soup

Today I’m making up some delicious creamy loaded potato soup packed with bacon, cheese, sour cream just a lot of goodness in the pot...Hope y’all give it a try you love cream soups I’m sure you will love this.

You will be needing

7 slices bacon
3 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion or one packed cup finely diced
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic or 2 teaspoons if your not a garlic lover
1/4 flour
3 c. vegetable or chicken stock
5 medium potatoes I like golds do not over cook your potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 to 3 cups of milk
1/2 c. Crema
1/3 c. Sour cream
1 c. Colby jack cheese
Extra chopped crispy bacon sour cream chives and shredded cheese for topping of soup...Enjoy!

I just made this and it was ABSOLUTELY the best thing I've ever had! I substituted the crema for 1 full cup of heavy cream, I added turkey stock, then instead of the Colby jack I added white cheddar and smoked gouda to compliment the bacon! This was absolutely amazing! Thanks for sharing! Will definitely be making this all winter! ❤

Love this soup!! I diced some celery and carrots, nuked them in the microwave til tender and added them when when iadded the potatoes. I could find creama a so I used he cream. It turned out great.
