Windows 8.1 Formatting and Clean Installation

TUTORIAL- format, install, reinstall windows 8.1 pro 64 bit. How to install/format Windows 8.1. BACK UP ALL DATA FIRST! You should have a full version disk & valid Certificate of Authenticity C.O.A. sticker product key for Microsoft Windows 8 Professional. I show how to boot into the system BIOS to change the boot order for you system so it will boot from dvd/cd. I corrupted my laptops registry on accident today..
I followed your steps, they were very clear. My boot order key was F9 for some reason, and I was surprised to find it.
I've installed on a clean hard-drive before, and now I know how to reinstall on a used one. Thanks.

Yep, worked fine, just a qiuck note in terms of finding this vid, by far the best tutorial of the ones I looked at, you might want to add "Boot + Bios" to your tags as this vid did'nt show up on any of my searches.
