Process Development Rotational and Internship Programs

The Genentech Process Development Rotational Program (PDRP) is a rotational program within Pharma Technical Development - US (PTDU). The goal of PTDU is to develop, deliver, and support production methods and technologies for innovative protein-based therapeutics to meet the needs of Genentech's Research, Development, Commercial, and Product Operations groups. The PDRP is a full-time opportunity for associates to rotate across core functional areas and gain exposure to the various technical challenges of molecule development and manufacturing over a two-year period. The PTDU internship program is a chance for college students and recent graduates to experience process, method, and/or technology development at a pioneering biotechnology company over a three or six-month period. These programs are an outstanding opportunity for young professionals to develop the technical and non-technical skills that will set them up for successful career in biotechnology.
