Thanks Matt! I’ve install & run on my Macbook Air M2 8GB RAM. Its too slow to load the Microsoft Power BI & almost impossible to navigate around. Planning on upgrading my Macbook. Do you think 16GB RAM would be enough or i’ll need more like 24GB or 32GB RAM to run smoothly Parallel VM & Microsoft Power BI ?

What are the recommendations for the MacBook? I have an M1 Pro with 16GB Memory, and it's runs at 100% CPU usage often when using Power BI (Parallels is allowed to use 12 of the 16GB). Which is more than the official "minimal requirements" of 4GB RAM stated on the MS website ...

Probably my last hangup preventing my switch to Mac is how bad Mac Excel is, and I also teach Windows Excel courses so the ability to run Windows Excel reasonably well is an absolute requirement.
