One thing that I have discovered while being a runner is that it’s fine to walk, crawl or even stop during a run, because that doesn’t mean that you’re not a runner. You’re a runner because you start running even after having walked, crawled or stopped.
And I found this particularly useful for life in general too.

I’m really glad you didn’t quit YouTube. I really enjoy watching your videos. As a person who doesn’t click subscribe to every person she watches on YouTube and only has minimal subscriptions. My philosophy is… the content/ videos must add value to my life and your videos always do. The first video I watched of yours, I was hooked and actually clicked subscribe straight away which I rarely do. One of the toughest yet most important lessons I’m learning is trusting divine timing. Whether you’re spiritual or not, it’s beautiful to be able to center yourself and know deep down that you’re right where you’re supposed to be, ebbs and flows and all.

It’s okay to step away from a particular task or duty sometimes to reignite that fire, the fire that burns deep inside us all. The key to finding inspiration is to keep going, in some way. For me when I’m not inspired to make music, I take more nature walks, spend more time with loved ones, and read more books (Shoe Dog and Be Water, My Friend have been life-changing for me this year).
