One self must include the other, the environment. They are two sides of the snake swimming through water. The inside and outside move together.

Human behavior isn't a response to the compulsion of the environment.
Understand that the behavior of the environment is an essential part of you.

Anything less is resistance. Resistance creates sensations and ego. Ego is strain between the eyes.
“I” is total panorama of the experience.
