Bison is better by far. It is strictly grass fed and no chemicals. Beef on the other is the opposite unless it is organic with no chemicals.

I love your comparison! Very fair. Personally, I absolutely love bison, venison, and elk, and the only reason why I don't eat them often is because they're more expensive and harder to come by than beef.

Love this. Ive been cooking in cast iron frypan and game-changer. Can get a crispy-ness quicker and you are not eating teflon and replacing pan yearly. Cast-iron for cooking meat.

I love both of those. My favorite is to add grass fed butter to the bison, stir in some raw egg yolks at the end and top it with goat cheese. This is 🔥 🐐

fwiw, my dog doesn't care much for beef but absolutely loves bison! He's 16 years old and a picky eater in his old age.

Random question here! I'm not full carnivore, still "transitioning" or struggling if you will- however ill do meat for days in a row and then for example my husband's birthday just happened and after eating carbs I tend to feel almost drunk... has anyone else experienced this or heard of this

I just can't understand how you can eat just hamburger patties all day every day. I tried and I've been full keto before so I have alot of self control so I tried carnivore. I had to go back to keto because it just wasn't possibly sustainable. U have to eat something else sometimes right?

The beef I buy doesn't require utensils. Pre-cooked, eat it cold out of the package.
