Great vid. However with the corporate tax rate at 21 percent and that corp would owe state taxes (you being in cali 8% ) I personally would set yourself up as an employee so that the c corp can write off that as a expense and not do a dividend. Not to mention c corps can do ALOT of things to lower its taxes ppl cant like pay for health care (expense ) run a 401k for you (expense) so your corp could potentally have WAY less of a tax bill than an s corp or llc. Pass thrus are not that great unless your not going to earn much in the first place and that income will just be washed away in the deductions you personally get, .

Dont forget kids.... always hire a tax professional for your c corp. So you dont pay much in taxes.

Stop with the false advertising. Nothing in the US is free. You still have to pay state fees which is $60 therefore there is no free filing. If you want a registered agent and business address that's an additional $30-$100. Stop lieing to people.

Why not pay yourself as an employee? Then paying yourself is a deduction for the corp. You still pay taxes on your income, but not double then.
