You forgot wich law from the constitution to try the living flesh and blood is derived from either law of the water "admiralty" or common law "law oth the land" and without the case having a jury the court is a fraud, judges cannot rule or make any ruling for that is practicing law from the bench, all lower courts are commiting fraud and actually commiting treason by using the law of the ocean not the law of the land but charging people and ruling over people unlawfully, we'll technically the aren't until someone challenges the judge wich I think is bullshit but silence is consent but once challenged if not immediately thrown out the judge should be arrested on violation of oath, the judge has swore oath to protect the constitutional rights of the accused I'm his court room and he is the one violating your rights therefore violating his oath criminally with intent, the flag in the court is your red flag it's a navy flag " law of the ocean" title 4 chapter 1 section 1&2 define how the flag is to be represented in courts on the land "common law" wich the whole constitution is written in section 3 of of that same chapter section 3 identifies mutilation of flag and gold fringe is on that list and it's in the bullshit courts around the country every judge in this country....excuse me CORPORATION title 28 3002 section 15 A. Should be arrested immediately 🖕🖕 take your B.A.R. card and burn it because it's worthless, 8 years of your life wasted and used for evil and enslavement
