Jurisdiction can be challenged at any time by the defendant or plaintiff. I was the plaintiff but at the hearing, none of my instructions to the Judge was followed so I canceled but then they told me that the other party had to agree. To me, they are taking away your right to change your mind especially when you do not have confidence in the way the matter was handled. These judges do not care about facts and evidence. It's about money money money. Plus my case was hijacked by the defendant's lawyer who turned me into the defendant. Bottomline these courts are not to be trusted for justice. They are corrupt. NO CONFIDENCE in them.

Thank you for talking about this. I was railroaded in an administrative hearing (labor department) and wasn’t given an opportunity to submit evidence. The employer was, and still is breaking labor law.

The hearing office’s decision doesn’t make sense, and she even ruled that I was not an employee. I’ve wondered if I could challenge jurisdiction because of that. In any case, now they won’t provide records in several records requests I’ve made, they’re just ignoring me. Would I have to sue them in order to get the records?

What if it’s a Defendant that’s bringing in a Plaintiff numerous times?

That is not exactly true, you can file a countersuit and bring it into a common law court of record as a plaintiff, which takes you out of jurisdiction of equity/statutory court

Not totally true. There is personal justification and subject matter jurisdiction. If you are a plaintiff and want to challenge personal jurisdiction you may not be able to bc you brought the suit and the defendant would have to challenge it. If it’s a subject matter challenge, that can be done at anytime by either party.

Why do people think they don't have to exit a car during a traffic stop when this issue was brought in front of the supreme court 47 years ago and the supreme court decision was asking a person to exit a motor vehicle during a traffic stop for a weapons check did not violate the 4th amendment of the constitution?

Absolutely misrepresenting the question of jurisdiction. If a suit is brought in the wrong court, based upon the nature of its subject matter, then the court cannot take jurisdiction over the case or controversy, and must dismiss the suit. See Steel Co. v Citizens for a Better Environment, 523 U.S. 83, 94 (1998). So then, a plaintiff cannot give a court power (or jurisdiction) that it has not been constituted with.

Videos like this one provide the reasons why so many people are misinformed about their Rights to Due Process of Law and the Separation of Powers principle. This is especially egregious in courts claiming to act under a criminal jurisdiction. Here is the proper question to pose in such a court:

"What is the nature of the power thus conferred upon the court? Is it judicial or is it legislative?" (Quoted from the 1923 case of Keller v. Potomac Elec. Power Co., 261 U.S. 428, 440.)
Gratitude Mr. Justin Case...🧐

Thank for for continuing to inform and pass information that will in fact mess someone up in the courtroom. And to further that, WASTE EVERYONES TIME.

This is BS

If you are not in one court's jurisdiction, you are in another's. You are never in a place where no court has jurisdiction over you.
