I need help with my powerA controller it’s not working

Same thing happened to my controller you have to kind of drag the cord down and probably put the tape on the wire onto the back of your controller. It helped me.

Yes there is a short in the wire where it's bending down. Mine is doing the same thing

Oh shit! I forgot just leave it plugged in...hard reset the Xbox like unplug it from the wall wait a min and it should be fixed..👍

you have to fully push the usb cord into the back of the controller. Thats what i did

To play it, it has to have a usb hole and type-c charger plug the type-c the charger in the usb hole(the one in the front) and it should have a glowing light and you should be good to go!❤

Its probably the wire. I have a power a controller and it wouldn't work. I had another cable with the same connection laying around and it worked. The wires they give us are also cheap af.

I've just fixed mine. The power kept dropping in and out on mine which obviously made it unusable. I took it apart and checked the ports, all fine. Put to back together and realised the cable I'm the top of the controller had a little bit of play on it. I've literally just folded a small piece of paper a few times and wedged it down the back of the controller. Hope this helps someone 😀

Try cleaning the usb/Charging port on the controller with some alcohol and a small piece of paper. Sometimes diet accumulates on the terminal and blocks connection to the usb cable. I hope you will be able to game soon ✊🏿

Power down ur console unplug all the wires from the back and plus it bavk in and make sure u dont unplugh un controller then switch it on wait till the menu pops up then it should work

Mine is only working on a certain angle, I do have wireless ones but I don't like using them, if I could possibly have some help on how to fix this, I'd appreciate it

Buy PDP brand controllers, i have one and they are cheap and they come out the box with NO drift, powerA is just kind of inconsistent, the first time i got one the microphone port was broken and the deadzones were too high

If it got a batter pack on the back use a tooth pick to push it back on in the back bottem of the battery pack

Unplug the entire console out of the wall if it's in a surge protector just unplug the entire surge protector and let the whole system reboot
