As an electrician who's rewired and "upgraded" a LOT of residential homes; your best bet (assuming you've already purchased the property) is to have a qualified, well vetted electrician come in and 100% redo your in-home grid. The various supplemental power solutions you've suggested are only momentary fixes, and will be quickly outdated in even just a couple years, vs having a chase installed to desired locations, along with pull strings, a dedicated central hub, and quite possibly a dedicated LV sub-panel installed.
