ok, can someone help me out here? i downloaded Optifine 1.20.6 but the file looks like a blue music disk and a video tape looking thing, whenever i try to open it, it sends me to "microsoft media player" im not sure what this means or is, but i cant get it to work so if anyone has the solution just reply to me pls
