Hello! Here's a monthly tutorial covering the b-boy footwork basic: 3-Step. Enjoy practicing!

*PERFORMED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES*

1. Start in a bear plank position.

2. From the bear plank postion, using one arm for support, simultaneously kick through to the side using the opposite side leg and hopping into a seated ball-of-the-foot squat on the other leg. (Clockwise - kick through with RIGHT LEG to the LEFT SIDE. Counter-Clockwise - kick through with LEFT LEG to the RIGHT SIDE.)

3. After kicking through to the side, transfer weight onto the other leg and arm by performing another single-leg kick-out in place.

4. After transferring weight, turn over towards the corresponding side leg, then, using both arms for support, hop back into bear plank position.

• Practice slowly and controlled.
• Repeat until continuous and smooth.
• Equally practice in opposite direction.
