Hi guys. The tools I use in the video are intended for milling steel. I don't have insets for aluminum because we rarely process aluminum.

That's an interesting block, many operations. The steel milling inserts seemed to work pretty ok for aluminum too.

Nice video! But it also shows nicely how much work a 5X machine safes. You would need 2 setups and the part would be done ✅

i'm amazed at how complex that part is and someone made a cad drawing of it. the machining is cool but but that depended on the drawing and tool pathing. beyond my abilities.
