I Lost Everything (In My Break Up)

Craig talks about how often times in life we can feel like we have lost everything.

Anxiety will absolutely kill you.  Coach you are right.  Mine is still really high and it has caused me to do some of the dumbest things.  It drives you deeper into dumb than you could ever imagine.  I appreciate you sharing.  My mind races all day every day over her.  The worst part is she moved on immediately and I am stuck in my misery.  All I could think about was our memories and our time together.  I have learned a lot from you and I am trying really hard to take lessons and live my life.  It is incredibly difficult.  I cannot wait to do some coaching with you to reclaim my life!

What Craig talks about as far as the grand gestures and also as well as any manipulation, gimmicks or tricks just does not work. It shows complete lack of confidence that they will CHOOSE you and you come off looking desperate, so there's no need to do those things. It actually will backfire. When someone cares for you enough, they can't help but reach out to you and show you, just don't drive them away with being over eager and anxious.

I was married 27 years been divorced almost 3years and I walked away with nothing but my clothes car and kids and didn't look back. I lived a life of hell and today I look back and so glad I not living with a angry bitter selfish person who loved to see me suffer so much that I had to decide I wasn't gonna be threatened no more and when I left I was so surprised of the strength I never knew I had and I actually got to smile and I got peace in my home . I don't regret leaving and by surprise I don't hate him for all the horrible things he put me through I wasted so much time I refuse to waste any more on him. I feel like I served time in a prision and so grateful to make it out alive and I will never let anyone ever do that to me again. I never grieved my marriage ending I actually celebrated because I started loving myself and found out I am pretty awesome 😀

I have a question...you re talking about when you broke up and how awful you felt... Did you do the no contact thing with her? Did u got back with her ? I'm just asking bc I guess sometimes when that person is not for you no matter how much no contact you do, she/he won't get back to you...and that's my fear about my boyfriend. I'm so scared. Please read my email and help me. I need to purchase the coaching but I want to know if my situation is hopeless. :(

I lost everything. My wife asked for a divorce in February, she is the principal at a school and replaced me with other teachers, I moved back to Boston to my family and then the pandemic hit so I haven’t been able to find a job. I lost my wife, my apartment, my job and now am in the middle of pandemic. I can’t even afford my bills anymore, don’t know how to move forward.

I had my dad die at 15, my daughter die at 4 yrs old 2002, my brother last year at age 38..trauma..I think so

Hi Craig I lost my job in December last year and as time goes by I kept losing my finances coz I had a little too much free time and I kept smothering her, becoming unglued due to my anxiety after losing my job. And that's the beginning of the end. Long story short she broke up with me n over time she starts blocking me on social media due to d way I behaved prior. I lost all possible contact or chances with her. I'll be starting a new job in a couple of days. But I'm terribly broke right now I need immediate help from you. I missed her, I love her, I'm devastated, I lost so much weight, I don't sleep long enough, I'm in such a horrible mess. I want her back and I pray and hope that I still have a chance. Is there any alternative to get your help while I'm broke n restarting my life back?
