Well you have certainly saved me from a lot of problems tonight because my wife bought a leg and asked me if I can cut it! After seeing your clear and easy video I agreed. There are a few videos about this but yours is straight to the point. You would make a perfect teacher if you ask me.

You did a much cleaner job than our butcher, I'm going to try do this myself as there's two of us and I like to have a small roast, a kibbi (Lebanese dish) and with the scraps I grind them, cook and salt to store in refrigerator for frying up with eggs, beautiful! A leg of lamb can go along way. Thanks for sharing.

I cried when the fat was cut off. Crispy lamb fat is so nice. I'm usually full by the time I carve a roast leg of lamb
