Hi! Greetings from Sweden (and sorry if my English writing skills are somewhat sub standard). Just an addition to your Mora knife feature description: In Sweden - carpenter's and handymen's clothes and coveralls (and even some aprons) often has a rivet button right above the left hand side of the chest and have been designed such for at least a century. Since these clothes are historically made from blue denim - in sweden a workman's clothes are often referred to as "blå kläder" (blue clothes).

The idea of stacking knives is from this age aswell. A working man often used an older - slightly dulled knife for carpet work, cutting roofing paper, and as a general prying tool etc. and then you kept one knife "surgical sharp" for more delicate work. When Mora introduced the new models - some 20 years ago or so - they started to color them in all kinds of colors aswell, so that you could easily identify which knife was which in a stack, even in poor light conditions.

By the way - Being Swedish - the natural choice for me is of course the Mora for your application. It is - simply - the best knife for that kind of money. And it's as swedish as a Dala horse or the Smorgasboard. :-) Keep up the good work! I love your videos!

I’ve been using Moras since the old red painted wood handle ones in a black plastic stealth. They’ve always been affordable and very easy to keep razor sharp and they hold their edge great. The laminated build makes them tough as well. They’re still great knives and very affordable. Mora has always been a whole lot of knife for the price. I think Opinel folding knives are another great, affordable knife.

"My laws must bind everyone, high and low, or they're not laws at all." - King Arthur in "Excalibur". No $28 knives in the "under $20" pool. It is the way.

Not only is the Mora the better choice, you can buy two of them for under $20...

I use my Mora on the fishing boat. I love it! Been wondering what exactly the “fasteners” were for. Thank you very much. Great video, great personality!

Hi! That's handy for us carpenters here in Sweden. Our work pants is designed to have the knives on the outside thighs and as a carpenter you would like a nice sharp knife for the fine work and then a knife that you can stick wherever avd that's usually the chisselknife. Mora makes great knifes 😍

On the carpenters-pants here in Sweden there is a denim button on the side of the right leg to snap the knife. Thats why u can stack them aswell so u can cary two knives.
Its realy handy to have them on the side of the leg in the height of the knee.

In Sweden it is a super common knife, most have several mora knifes in their homes. If you need a knife at your work then you are getting the mora knife. Mora is also a small town which Anders Zorn came from.

Alright, Cody, you have been so positive about the Mora knives for years now, I bought two to try. I'll give one to my daughter who just got a job on a horse ranch. God Bless the USA and Long Live the Republic! Thank you fine Sir. Keep that flag high and than rifle loaded.

Old Hickory Hunting Knife. Affordable, with a carbon steel blade and hickory handle just like the hatchet.

I don't get to watch that often anymore however Cody you still have the best
Material for men. What a deal for a young man to have that level of quality at this price.

In Sweden, most tradesmen wear trousers fitted with a denim-style button on the right thigh for this purpose! The button is found on most work pants over here. More secure than fitting it to the belt as it won’t come loose.

Here in Sweden, where the Mora knife originates from, we don't use denim jackets that much. We don't have that many bears to protect us from either. I'd say the tab thingy is for having the holster to stay on the button or rivet on your handy man trousers when you need to grab the knife. Which btw also can be done in a one hand motion.
