I came here to check if our feet should be parallel in horse stance. I see happily that you don't make it parallel. I think that's the best for knees: feet should always align with the knee. Making them parallel would create bad strain on the knees. Sadly many people think feet must be parallel...

My massage teacher, who was also a military nurse, taught us how to utilize Horse and Bow stance during my massage sessions. It has granted me perfect body mechanics and greater strength throughout the years.

Great video! I'm studying traditional Shaolin in Colorado and your teaching is incredible, plus your flexibility. Please create more studio style workouts, patterns, forms etc. Would love to see Pakua or Animal styles.
