The g6 is so good even a pirate stream movie in compressed stereo will be converted to 7.1 in headphones it extracts the sound stage amazingly well

Can anyone else confirm that using the optical input audio is better quality than only using USB? This doesn't make sense to me why that would be the case.

What's the best way of getting a mic working? Do I buy some lavelier microphone and plug in the G6 or can I plug it in on the controller while my headphones are connected to the DAC?

HELLO I HAVE A QUESTION, hope u help me : i have mac mini m2, monitor samsung neo g8, logi dock to use audio and the creative X4, and a playstation 5. i connect my logi dock to mac with usb c, but how to use audio from the ps5 ? because if i connect the ps5 to thelogi dock i have to disconnect my mac from the dock . i thought to solve it buying the creative x4, but i cant understand how to solve the problem . can u help me ?

Hey I have a question. When I use the optical version and I go to settings and turn on chat audio, I don’t hear my ingame sounds. How does it work for you guys ?

Sucks.. I have this device and I use it for thenPS5 via USB, however, I don’t have a pc, so I can’t get into the settings and fiddle around..😔

Does this also help to increase the volume gain of headphones? I mean, to give them more volume with the amplifier than what the console itself allows.

I have a question sir, for the optical setting I need to plug my ps5 hdmi to the adapter and than another hdmi out to my monitor and then the optical out to the blaster right ?

I just about went for the Schit Hel 2e, but there's been too many complaints about drop outs and just being straight up faulty and unreliable.
I love my G6 for it's EQ, Solid Sticker price and sound, but i can't stand how it looks. Is there any way to disable or turn off the light volume Knob and X logo on top when pairing it with a Switch or PS5? And i hate that there's no volume dial knob arrow either, you're essentially going in blind AND the volume knob dial itself is finicky. Wonder what a better alternative would be.

Great review! I’m using the G6 w/ H6 Pro connected usb. I made a custom EQ, my question is, does SBX need to be on for the EQ to be applied? It sounds like additional processing is added.

Hey man great video. I only hace one quesiton. So if did you only use the usb port its better to activated the Tempest 3D and if you connected through your optical port you need to turned off or keep it on? Thanks.
