What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video we are going over one of the most powerful characters in Elden Ring, Morgott.

Morgott, the Omen King, is a boss in Elden Ring. He is a Demigod and a Shardbearer who is encountered in Leyndell, Royal Capital. This is not an optional boss and must be defeated to unlock Mountaintops of the Giants and progress the story.

The Elden Ring lore is rich so I hope find this interesting and learn something new about the Elden Ring world! AD Victoriam🖤

My fav character in the game. He did everythkng he could to defend Llandel and the tree. I feel so bad for him. Especially knowing what we knoe now with the DLC and why Marika cast him and his brother awah its even more heartbreaking.

He devoted his life to the tree even though the greater will and everyone else despised him. He defended it with his last breath.

Morgott was too much of a gigachad that Leyndell decided to let him roam around to stack tarnished corpses for them. They even give him a special squad of calvaries

"The shattering, a war from which no lord arose."

Morgott:

The Chad of Leyendel. Defended it against Radahn. Defended Leyendell in the first assault where Godefroy betrayed the capital, and the second defense of Leyendell. Bro's a damn chad.

Morgott: "If only I had burned that God forsaken tree..."

Morgott was the realest of all the demigods…

Morgott casually defeated Radahn for a shard and never even bragged about it...

I just realized why Morgott has a tail but Mohg doesn’t, because they get their omenness from the crucible, and Morgott got the crucible tail, while Mohg got the crucible wings

My favorite boss in the game by a mile
I sometimes intentionally die to fight this guy more

If only Morgott knew the Hornsent existed... there's a chance it would've seriously made him question everything.

This guy put Radahn in his place. This guy is so underrated for how overwhelmingly badass he is.

Its a sad moment as he's dad Godfrey holds his disintegrating body before he fights you. "It's been a long while Morgott."

One of the most memorable... heartbreaking... tragic characters. You gotta admire the Man who defended Leyndelle on all fronts... North and Southern Armies...

I feel like it's less that he stayed there, killing tarnished and driving away other demigods hoping that he'd just become Elden Lord one day, but more that once he realized that the Erdtree would not permit anyone he just accepted it as the Erdtree fanboy #1, standing guard as "the last of all kings"

I still dont understand why we were lead by the grace to become the elden lord, when noone was able to get in.

Absolute chad! Held Leyndell for 5000 years, without any sibling at his side. No pun intended towards his horns, but he is the GOAT

okay i know everyone is his biggest fan and everything... but i thought his story less epic and just sad. In my eyes morgott was so deperate for the recognition of his mother and her golden order that he choose to serve the very order that was the reason for his misserable life.
On the other side we have his twin brother mohg that tries to establish his own dynasty accepting people of all races and origins...
so yeah i have pity for Morgott dont get me wrong, but Mohg was definitly the more impressive one.
