As an Ethiopian, I can confirm that the claims made in this video are false and misleading. The country is indeed in the midst of a civil war, and kidnapping has become common. Safety and security are a distant dream, and the cost of living is unbearable. Basic services are also in short supply. Overall, the country is in a state of decline.
