The Eras Tour Taylor switches her look and changes up her music every album. The Reputation Era was a dark time period for Taylor. Kayne and Kim put out that edited phone call with Taylor and most of the world hated Taylor. Everyone called her a snake. She stayed out of sight for a year and a half. Her Reputation was bad. Next she met someone, who was completely different from her old boyfriends and the Lover Era was them falling in love in spite of the Reputation Era. Taylor and Joe met during the Reputation Era. They fell in love. He was a more normal guy that didn't expect anything from her. She changed her hair and type/color of clothes. It was all pastels. She came from a dark place to a peaceful happy place. The album and merchandise was all pastels. Reputation was black, white and red. She has said female artists have to constantly change things up to stay relevant but male artist never do. Her Eras are how she expresses her life during that time period.
