Thank you so much for the video, however, i would like to know how to use Data Validation Error Alert on a cell that has a formula in it already. basically, i have an Inventory Document where the Sheet has 2 tables, one is a fixed table (table 1) and the other is where the user will input the data (table 2). in table 2 the user will input the data of the transactions of "receipts" or "Issue's" and table 1 will calculate the total QTY available on hand (cell E6, Table 1) using the formula this is the same cell that i want to data validate in bringing up an alert for a Minimum QTY left and the error message giving the re-order QTY. could you please help?
