I'm working on an experimental Oil infusion. I mixed (Organic Unrefined Cold Pressed Oils)
Avocado, Seasame, Olive, Castor, Coconut, Mango Butter, and Shea Butter and a bunch of Ayurvedic Herbs. I'm doing a 72 hour low heat infusion with a consistent temperature range of about 140-150 in the middle and so far its infusing better than I could have imagined.. My particular multi-cooker keeps it at a perfect 140-150 F range when its uncoverd on slow cook mode. Sheabutter can withstand up to 175 before it starts to oxidize so a consistant steady 140-150 seems to be a sweet spot for my particular oil blend infusion. Every few hours its slowy infusing love this herbal stuff. 😄

If I already started the process of long infusions, can I take those dried herbs in oil and warm them like you showed in the slow cooker even after 10 days of sitting on the shelf? Thank you.

What can you use dried rosehips for? I prefer to use them fresh but they literally dried up in my fridge over winter😂
Silly me that's what you're using in the video...is a handful enough?

Hello 👋. Do you have a book or videos that explain which oil blends are good for what? Thank you 🙏.

I love and agree with what you say about the potency of using fresh rather than dried herbs, but what I'm wondering is how can water evaporate off? I thought water always sunk to the bottom and the oil would create a surface barrier?

Hey young lady Wouldn't the yogurt setting be better then guessing with the warming setting? Just asking. At least with the yogurt setting you know it won't go above a 110° please advise about that. Just want to tell you that you are a true treasure💎

Here's the secret I will share with you. Next time you have ear pain, just gargle some spicy chili water. If you gargle for long enough, it will reach the ear and your pain and ear infection will disappear. No need for oily ear drops.

Thank you! I am making a fresh plantain and yarrow infusion with avocado oil, I'm trying it in the dehydrator. Since I also have some herbs in there that I'm drying I have it set at 100. I was thinking it would be a good way to help some of the water to evaporate while keeping the integrity of the herbs, Once I take the dehydrated herbs out, what temp do you think I should turn the dehydrator to to expedite the infusion?

did you say how long to heat it in the oil?
