Saw this movie when I was 6 years old in 1971. It’s the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. I’m 58 and still haven’t seen anything as good. I’m a Mopar nut as well now since ‘86.

It's a brilliant edit.

In a way it breaks my heart because of how much has changed and how slick things have become, and how in a way that runs counter to some of the theme of the film itself. But in our modern style, for good or ill, your edit is spot on and razor sharp.

Nicely done. Just fyi for fun, I've been through Alpine, NV recently, the church at 0:23 is still there, a lot of the buildings in the movie still are. The road is paved now though!
