Awesome tips Prix. I completely agree with you: there's a huge difference between understanding native speakers in a classroom and in the real world. I like your point about not ONLY watching ESL youtube videos. I always recommend watching unscripted videos like interviews (stuff where people are truly speaking English, not just acting and reading a script) because that's how people really use English in the real world. .
