Living with Williams Syndrome (A Condition that Makes You Friendly)

Alexandra is diagnosed with Williams syndrome, a condition known to cause a friendly personality. She has an unconditional love for people, but it is not always returned. Alexandra sometimes wishes she was “normal” so that she could better fit in and have an easier time making friends.

Alexandra is 22 years old.

My daughter is very friendly and approaches and says hi to everyone, we had to have a " stranger danger" conversation with her. So we went out and she still said hi to everyone, followed by "please don't steal me"

I've known a couple of people with William's syndrome and it's not that they're just happy, they're very charismatic and people are very drawn to them.
