White Castle. I used to pay 6 or 8 cents back in the early 60's, staying in Chicago, for those burgers. Cooked onions. Man, the 60's coming up in Chicago, was the shit. Miracles and Temptations, battling for number1. Saw James Brown act, " please, please, please, at the Regal on 63rd street. Dodging bullets coming home from school or work. Football games brawl after the games. C.V.S. High School. I'm 73 and still remember those good times. 25 cent parties. What you saw on Cooley High is what we did. It seems like only yeaterday. There was always a hustle in Chicago. I have good memories.❤❤❤

Try grilling after the mayo is on the buns. Once you eat a burger with a mayo grilled bun, youll never do it another way. It makes them so crispy, plus, the buns wont get soggy
