My Wife's Confession Changed Our Lives Forever | LOVE DON'T JUDGE

A MARRIED COUPLE who opened up their relationship after 10 years are now using social media to coach other swingers. VistaWife and VistaHubby, as they are known to their online fans, met as teenagers, and at first, had a 'normal vanilla relationship.' Then, three years ago, she came out to him as bisexual. Keen to explore things further, they checked out a swinging website a friend had mentioned - and were surprised to find that the people they saw on the site were far from the pre-conceived ideas they'd had in mind. From there, they met up with another couple for their first foray into non-monogamy. Since then, they have been happily swinging - usually together, but occasionally they will sleep with other people separately. In a bid to normalise the lifestyle, VistaWife began speaking out on social media, even setting up her own website where she shares tips and tricks, from how to spot a fake profile to how to handle jealousy. And though she has received a huge amount of support, not everybody is accepting. She said: "We get comments on TikTok saying swinging is just affairs and we're going to end up getting divorced. But marriage is not just about sex, and we're emotionally monogamous to each other. It's okay to want more."

Whatever works for them, great! But I want to clarify that bisexuality and non monogamy are two VERY different things. I'm bisexual and have been only with my husband since we started dating. Being bi doesn't mean you need a male and female partner.

Even though the couple is entitled to live however they want:
Bisexuals can and do have monogamous relationships.
Heterosexuals (and gays) can and do have non-monogamous, and/or open relationships.

Maybe we are crossing a threshold of overexposure here, I understand the concept of the channel but some topics have had so much exposure that they make it seems like more people are into this than there really are. If this makes them happy that’s totally fine. My only problem with it is that I wish she hadn’t lead with I’m bisexual and want to try swinging. Many people already think that bisexual people will cheat on their partners cause we’re attracted to “everyone.” I’m bisexual and have always been in a monogamous relationship. I wish she had just told him that she would like to try swinging and not made it seem like BECAUSE she’s bisexual she wants that lifestyle. I just worry that it perpetuates misconceptions when it’s presented in that way.

Personally, I cant' just freak anybody. I'm real funny about energy. I really CANNNOT see how people have sex with multiple people. I definately need a mental connection before I even find someone attractive. Not bashing them. I just don't see how people can just disregard energy. Is sex that dire and serious?
