Προσοχή στις σούζες με δεύτερο άτομο είναι πιο επικίνδυνο ,το σίδηρο που βάζουμε να είναι 5x25 χιλιοστά σας ευχαριστώ
Of course you'll need a second seat in the first place. If you have one lying around then all good. In other case you'll need to either buy or find a bicycle seat in the junk yard.
All you have to do is make a second stand to fit the seat, and then attach that stand over the rear wheel of the bike. The stand must be made in an inverted "U" shape, in order to be able to attach to the axle of the rear wheel. The side metal strips must be quite durable, so I'm using 5x25mm metal strips. On these strips I 've welded the neck onto which the seat will attach, and I also welded a securig bar to attach the stand to the main seat of the bike.
Pretty straight forward construction. You'll also have to cut openings in the metal strips to pass them through the wheel axle. After securing the legs of the stand with the axle nuts, connect the securing bar to the innitial bicycle's seat neck, and that's it.
Don't forget to weld small metal rods to the sides of the stand for the second rider to rest his feet.
Make note that if somoeone is to sit in the second seat, both riders need to be careful of the weight, so that the bike won't start making weelies and drop both of them down.
So do be very careful.
