Bob never envisioned himself as a cat guy. Allergies had always kept him at a distance from feline companionship. But life had a funny way of surprising him, especially two months ago.

My dad never liked cats. When I was in my early 20s, I was laid off work and had to move home for awhile. I asked my parents if I could bring my cat. They said yes, but it needed to stay in my room. When I walked in carrying my cat, she jumped out my arms and ran straight to my dad and jumped up in his lap purring. When I moved out, dad kept my cat.😮😮

It took them 62 years, but a ginger rescue chose me back in November. Better late than never.

It's training the human owners the real challenge. But rescue a cat, change your life. Getting older, on my 3rd rescue now, a 20lb male Maine Coon, my buddy!
