Deep Fried Ice Cream: the perfect summer dessert!

INGREDIENTS
4 scoops well frozen ice cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 ounces crushed
corn flakesoil

DIRECTIONS
Give the ice cream scoops a perfect round.
Put it in a deep freezer for 15 minutes.
Give the scoops an egg wash once you remove it from the deep freezer.
Roll on the crushed corn flakes
Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes
Heat the oil - make sure it is burning hot
Deep fry the ice cream quickly for 5-8 seconds

If you want solid fried ice cream make sure after you coat it in corn flakes(you should also crush all the corn flakes and not keep it whole like in the video) you freeze it for 3 hours then fry it

Yeah no don't follow this recipe. There are others that will work but this one won't. It's why the item at the end is different and covered with a much finer batter.

Dipping in condensed milk instead of egg would be nicer. It will be caramal tasting the sticky enough for the crumb roll. Cookie crumbs are delicious then fresh strawberries and natella over the top!

I was Instructed to
1. Rolled the Ice cream in Corn Flakes
2. Roll cornflake ice-cream in Egg
3. Roll the ice-cream in Corn Flakes again.😊

I love this but to make it better make a cinnamon plate and put the fried ice cream on top and use the plate as a chip and the ice cream as a dip this is how a restaurant in sacramento california does it, and if yall want to check it out and in the area or in arizona try it amazing place its called GARCIAS and there fried ice cream is 1000x better than this they make it the way you should it and should be the only way to eat it IMO= In My Opinion

I ended up with a failed one, lol
It taste ok but the looks isn’t very nice to the eye 😅
I didn’t freeze it long enough & it ended up breaking when it was fried I was excited to just eat it

Bruh 15 minutes aren't gonna cut it you need to freeze it for at least 1hour
