MyData – More personalised services

The City of Espoo, and other big cities in Finland, aim to offer its citizens the possibility to better manage the personal information the city gathers from them. At the same time, the city is developing data-based city services that are timely and even predictive.

The City as MyData Operator project is a joint project between Espoo, Helsinki, Oulu and Turku, and is funded by the Ministry of Finance. The project will continue until 30 November 2021.

The video is produced by the City of Helsinki, but is relevant also in Espoo.
