I have used Stihl products for over 30 years and had very few problems, in fact, minimal issues. The products have been used commercially and carried out many hours of work. I currently own a Stihl BR 600 which has been great, I may upgrade this to the BR 800 model soon.

I HAVE THE BG86CE with the sound muffler and it is awesome. We do plenty of residential and early evening mowing and blowing. Noise restrictions are in effect and it's very quiet around these areas. Plenty of power.

Stihl has the higher model blowers like the BR 800 C and X BR 700 and BR 600. Blowing grass off the driveways in the rain does take a bit longer. Although the sound of those blowers sounds like a generator

Stihl are crap anymore. The quality is nowhere near what it used to be and now they charge $35 just to bring in a broken tool for warranty work.
Bought a Husqvarna 570 and its WAY nicer than the Stihl crap we'd been running.

We bought ours in March so far not impressed. The 7 day return policy doesn't give you time to really use it.for a product so good should last longer than 3 months. The pull cord has pulled out twice now in a week and mind you it was put back in for 22.00 and went to use it today 1st pull and out again. So do they know the product they sell isn't as good as they say? Come on 7 day return for and the 2 year warranty is useless if doesn't work and they won't do anything and the retailer a 22.00 charge everytime they put cord back .😱 sorry to say at this point not impressed with the place we bought it from.

No BR200 in the whole world. BR350 or bigger for backpack models.
