For my recent BFR Bench Press video I using a Struman Optics Cinematic Wide 4K lens for my iPhone6.

I struggle with room in some gyms that I video in, so I found this lens to be perfect. I have cut the video so you can see the difference between when the lens if off and on. As you will see, I get a much greater area of vision.

This video goes through a simple 10 minute BFR Bench Press routine. Low load BFR bench pressing (30%1RM) twice daily for 2 weeks has been shown to improve size and strength.

This is quite interesting considering for those who are hard gainers or lifters looking for a change in stimulus and possible quick gain in performance.
