The Fight for School Suffrage for Women in Kentucky

A presentation to the Georgetown College community on the 100th anniversary of the certification of the 19th amendment. It describes the efforts of the Kentucky Equal Right Association and the Kentucky Federation of Women's Clubs to pass school suffrage for women. It also details the precedent-setting court case that upheld the rights of Kentucky women to vote in school elections.
