Very Elaborate video I had to install a 28 port switch. I was wondering where to plug the router. This video explained it nicely that one can plug it at any port.

I am having connection issues with my Ethernet Optical connecting to my Switch. I have WiFi going from the Optical Router to a LinkSys Router and it works. There is an Ethernet cable running from the Optical Router to a Switch and TV’s and my Computers are plugged into the Switch. There is no Ethernet signal running out of the Switch. The Green lights are on but not flashing like my LinkSys WiFi Router. What is wrong?
