How to Backup Original GTA V Game Files from STEAM Tutorial *VERY* IMPORTANT

In this video I'll demonstrate how to backup Grand theft Auto V (GTA5) on PC. This is a super important step because backing up will leave a restore point just in case something goes wrong.

hey, I'm new to modding and I'm trying to backup the game. I backup my game and everything is good, but I don't know how to play my backuped game. I bought the game on steam and I have the backup folder on the SSD that I have the original GTA 5 game. So I don't know how to play my backup because when I go to the backup folder I double click GTA5 and then it gives me an error saying "Please run Grand Theft Auto V using Rockstar Games Launcher", so I double click GTAVLauncher in my folder and it opens Rockstar games launcher and on the play button it says "Play on steam", so I press the button and I play my original GTA 5 while I want to play my backup, so what should I do?

So what do you do to get your gta v game back to original? Do you delete everything in mod gta v and paste back up in it?
