It’s annoying that there’s no cross gen between ps4&5 I found out today you can’t play together. Rockstar needs to find a way to let us play together still

Don’t do this unless all your friends are doing it too because it’s permanent and barely anyone cares enough to upgrade anyway, which wouldn’t be so bad if there was cross play, but there isn’t

It seems that a lot of people are unaware, so dont expect to see it on pc because this feature got disabled since 2017. You can still try to ask rockstar support and open a ticket.

Edit: support will not help sadly.

Don't do it because you'll lose your character on last gen and you will not be able to play with your friends who don't have the new consoles. Better yet don't buy it because rockstar is ripping people off by selling the same game for the 3 time in 9 years.
