Empower Women, a Company ERG

To celebrate Women's History Month and International Women's Day 2023, we launched Empower Women, our fourth Company Empower Resource Group (ERG). Empower Women started in 2019 as the Company's first peer mentoring group and revealed the importance of knowledge-sharing and judgment-free collaboration, which sparked the entire Empower Resource Group program.

Empower Women is a supportive community that aims to propel women's careers and help cultivate meaningful connections with our extensive network of executive leaders, allies, and advocates. Our ERGs are inclusive, so all Team Members of all genders are welcome to join and participate in any group.

Since 1998, we have provided access to credit for consumers who are underserved by traditional lenders. Many of our customers have nowhere else to turn when they suffer short-term financial setbacks like medical emergencies or home repairs, so it is our mission to remain a reliable source of credit and offer customers hope and opportunity.
