THE FREE BIKE CHALLENGE - FINAL EVER EPISODE!

The free bike challenge - Final ever episode! The final free bike challenge is here where I upgrade and customise a land rover ladies bike and send it on MTB trails, urban freeride spots and skateparks! But will it last?

The free bike challenge has been the longest series on this channel and has amassed a huge number of views across the 30 previous videos in the series, but I'm finding it very hard to find good free bikes (as you can imagine) so I decided to make this the final ever episode and a new more exciting series will be taking its place as you will learn about in this video. But getting back to this episode I find myself with a ladies land rover bicycle that looked pretty un-usable before I upgrade it to the max with new forks, wheels, cranks, bars and everything but the frame, which has a good bit of character. I love a good bike build so it seemed rather fitting to upgrade this bike and see what it would perform like across various different terrain including dirt jump, MTB trails and urban freeride spots, but will this bike out live the series or will it get destroyed. That was extremely entertaining. Only you Sam could compare the lines of the Akasha to a Formula One car. This has to be the one video where you hurt yourself more getting the bike ready to ride than actually on the ride. The abrupt stop at the skate park made me feel greatful that it's a step through bike. I for one definitely want to see you bring it back out because the bike is never truly destroyed until you truly destroy it. Glad to see the traditional Sam Pilgrim sander was once again deployed.
