You can also just crumple them up small And use them in your garden! Keeps slugs away and is good fertilizer

The water that you boiled your egg shells can also be used for plant watering after it is cooled

You can use eggshells as a remineralizing toothpaste too. Mix with bentonite clay and xylitol and peppermint essential oil or clove powder. It really does heal cavities and receding gums.

Yes you can eat egg shells ... clean wash and bake them grind them into powder and you can put them in your pancakes or brownies to help your calcium levels

When my sister was a toddler she went missing. We couldn't find her anywhere. Just as everyone started to panic a quiet cracking noise followed by a small child's laugh was heard coming from the kitchen cupboard. When the door was opened there was a 2 year old Fiona smashing the last of the fresh eggs on the floor and then eating the shells. She was covered in raw egg and very sticky but at least we found her!

I do the same, but I use a little bit of eggshell powder when I brew my coffee to cut acidity and in the soil around my plants.

They're a great fertilizer for your plants and, if you have dogs you can mill it into a powder & sprinkle on their food

Egg shells in small amounts can also help with pet joints, and I imagine this recipe would be super nice if added to shea butter as a body scrub.

My mother used to add water to the eggshells and she used them as plant food when was a child in the early 1980s. Her plants grew up huge.
