There is a big problem with the guidelines, and that is that they are not implemented correctly. Let's start with a basic point: Music.

Many users love the music of certain authors, we want to use said music, unfortunately YouTube sanctions its use and does not allow its monetization, an example: creators of educational content that do not monetize the music, but the video and the educational content of the same which is accompanied by music. Said creator can't monetize because CABEZA CAUBRADA of YOUTUBE and the DMCA Music Mafia have no interest in the creator of the content and the author of the music earning. If you don't win the DMCA, then no one wins and a penalty is imposed.

I think they should stop allying with the DMCA mafias and organize the way to monetize music. The author of the music takes his profits, but the creator of the educational video, who does not lose monetization for his video.
