How to count Answers from the Answer Key with Question Id and Option Id and How to challenge it

Hi sir 1 small doubt regarding net certificate
I have cleared UGC NET in July 2018 that time my ma final year result was awaited
It is mentioned in my certificate that candidate is not completed his masters degree

My question is
Should I send my passing certificate to UGC for corrected certificate or only it will be valid
