Been saying it for a long time, but why don't they just install a dozen x-ray machines at every major port in Canada that can scan entire trucks and their cargo and have EVERY SINGLE TRUCK that comes into the port with their goods go through the scanners so that any vehicles will be easily caught?

Every truck that has vehicles as its cargo automatically gets pulled over to check if those vehicles are stolen or not and if they are then you've stopped them from leaving Canada. Pretty simple solution to stopping vehicles from going overseas from ports.
