Great job with the research and setting up the criminals. Absolutely horrible job in locking down the area and allowing the one kid to escape like that. They did not even have a patrol car around to tail him.

Both are now released and have switched to shoplifting. The Police have been charged for improper investgation and entrapment. The police hit by the car is paying for damages to the car in a lawsuit from the owner
