It can feel overwhelming when we start to realize just how much our food supply has been polluted.

I know many of you do your best to eat clean and provide the most nutritious foods for your family, but sometimes certain things are unavoidable.

Today, I want to share this information, not to alarm you, but to educate you on what to watch for and avoid when possible.

Join me on today’s Cabral Concept 3184 as we dive into what the FDA admits are "unavoidable" heavy metals in our foods.

NEW HERE?
Hi, I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.

For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.

Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.

I’m happy to say that after being shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.

If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

Soak and rinse your rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Rice always soaks up heavy metals and it can be washed out.

Super Helpful Video, Dr. Stephen! Outrageous! We urgently need to assess the possible health effects on consumers, including vulnerable populations like children, by understanding the risk, the level (or amount) of the chemical that would produce the risk, and compare it to the level of the chemical in food. In order to protect public health, the FDA must take action by revoking authorizations or approvals for certain uses, issuing alerts, and informing consumers and industry.👋❤

When they say “baked salmon”, is that fish that was baked before arriving at the store, like frozen with the intention to be quickly reheated in the microwave, or fish that you buy raw and bake at home?

The one nobody talks about is thallium - in cruciferous. It's the most nasty heavy metal - nearly impossible to chelate. Don't do it.
